The major research area of the group is community ecology, especially focus on the cutting edge theories of community assembly and species coexistence. Based on large scale forest transect and forest dynamic plot network, we explore the biodiversity distribution pattern and its underlying mechanisms in terms of multiple trophic levels, spatial scales and dimensions. |
