Fast-gradient Thermal Cycler (C-1000 TOUCH; USA)

The Fast-gradient Thermal Cycler offers superior performance and a large color touch screen for easy programming. It is equipped with three types of reaction modules (48 wells, 96 wells, and 384 wells) which can be used to create temperature gradient. Two different PCR reaction programs can be simultaneously run in the reaction module of 96 wells. The instrument is mainly used for sample incubation, temperature screening of primer annealing, and target DNA sequence amplification.
