Multifunctional Microplate Reader (Vario Skan Flash; USA)

The Multifunctional Microplate Reader can continuously scan spectrum of fluorescence and optical density. It can quickly optimize experiment condition, and determine the optimum detection wavelength for experiment. Using light absorption value and signal intensity of excitation and spontaneous fluorescence, research on high throughput colorimetric can be conducted to determine concentration of target material.
