Fluorescent Quantitative PCR (Light Cycler 480II; Switzerland)

 The instrument relies on high sensitivity charge-coupled device (CCD) camera to monitor fluorescent signal of PCR reaction system in real-time. The system software can calculate sample template concentration, perform melting curve analysis, and sample genotyping. This instrument is mainly used in biology and food sciences research.
