Gene sequencer (Illumina MiSeq System; USA）

Gene sequencer simultaneously analyzes millions of DNA fragments by sequencing synthesis of single molecule cluster and the mechanism of reversible termination of chemical reaction. The instrument is mainly used for sequencing and analysis of small genomic DNA (e.g. bacteria, chloroplast, and mitochondrial DNA), RNA (e.g. transcriptome, small RNA, and MicroRNA), and amplicon (e.g. cancer cells, bacteria, fungi, and virus).
