This instrument is used to determine the quantity of the macro-elements (e.g. K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Al) and trace elements (e.g. Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Mn) in soil, plant, water, and other samples. The analytical results are used in the research and monitoring on ecological process and biogeochemical cycles, and the study of metallic element’s fixation, accumulation, emission, and translocation within the ecosystem.
