XTBG researchers present at 14th Asian Apicultural Association Conference

The 14th Asian Apicultural Association (AAA) Conference was held on October 22 - 25, 2018 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Its theme is "Bees, environment and Sustainability". It brought together scientists, beekeepers, food and herb processors, marketers, beekeeping industry operators, hobbies, NGOs, Government Agencies, and students mainly from Asia. 

Prof. Tan Ken and his team of Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG) participated in the conference and presented their research progress.

ABOUT 

The Asian Apicultural Association (AAA) was established around 1993 in Asia. It has been hosting the Conference on Bees and Beekeeping in Asian countries since 1993, once in every two years. Each conference provides a forum for the people who are interested in bee science and beekeeping to share and exchange the latest technology on various aspects related to the bees and beekeeping.
