The sixth congress of the Association of Tourist Attractions in Xishuangbanna was held on July 26. At the meeting, Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG), the only 5A National Tourist Attraction, becomes chairman scenic spot of the Association with Mr. Zhu Hongxiang as the representative.

     The Association of Tourist Attractions in Xishuangbanna was established in 1998. It aims to improve the development of tourist attractions in Xishuangbanna and to improve the quality of the visitor experience. It is committed to ensure that the legal rights and interests of all member tourist attractions will be protected, to provide service and policy advice for legal management of the members, and to coordinate interests’ relationships among members; etc.
