The annual meeting 2012 of the staff and workers representatives congress fell on March 29, with 43 voting representatives and 19 non-voting delegates attending the session.

After listening to work report by Dr. Chen Jin, and report of financial work and labor union, the participants appraised the work report in a democratic way.

The year of 2012 is key for the implementation of “Innovation 2020” and “one orientation, three key breakthroughs, five key research directions” strategy. The representatives performed their duties in participating in and discussing the affairs concerning XTBG as the masters. They focused on the development strategies, improvement of gardening and landscape, graduate training and job seeking, welfare improvement of workers and staff, etc.

In that meeting, 27 draft resolutions were submitted.

 Fully completed the agendas as scheduled, the annual session closed the next day.
