Dr. Lv Youqing, Chinese ambassador to Tanzania, paid a visit to XTBG on January 5.

Mr. Li Hongwei, CPC secretary and deputy director of XTBG, briefed XTBG's progress over the past few years to the ambassador and showed him around the living collections and research facilities.

Ambassador Lv Youqing praised the beautiful landscape and was impressed by XTBG's efforts to promote biodiversity conservation and studies.
