To summarize the work performances of the staff and administrators over the past year and set goals for the new year, XTBG held sessions for Year-End Evaluation & Goal Setting.
All departments and staff concerned summarized the wins and losses in 2006 and set goals for 2007. For the wins, the points focused on what the wins, accomplishments, breakthroughs, successes were over the past year. The expert panels of assessment also reviewed what the losses, failures, disappointments, and breakdowns were.
Looking back over the year 2006, the administrators and staff made general work plans in accordance with the realities of each department, so as to boost the development of the Garden. |
