Dr. Barbara Frei Haller, pharmacist and ethnobotanist of the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, visited XTBG during August 14-17. Her purpose was to seek cooperation opportunities and introduce XTBG by posting on ISE Newsletter.

 During her stay in XTBG, related department gave her a warm reception and showed her around the Garden. She also delivered a lecture titled “Mosquito Repellent Plants from Sub-Sahara Africa”.

 Attracted by the reputation of XTBG, Dr. Barbara Frei Haller spared her schedule of participating in the 9th International Congress on Ethnopharmacoly, Nanning, Guangxi during August 22-26 to pay a visiting tour to the Garden.
