During November 29 – 30, Prof. Chen Jin, director of XTBG, went to visit University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), heading up a 4-person delegation.

  While staying at USTC, Prof. Chen Jin held discussion with Prof. Niu Liwen, executive dean of USTC Life School, and reached agreement on the implementing measures for undergraduate exercitation, joint education of postgraduate students, opening Ecology course at USTC, etc. Prof. Chen Jin and Prof. Yu Diqiu separately delivered lectures. Prof. Xu Wu, vice president of USTC, met XTBG delegation.

   XTBG and USTC ever signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in July. Prof. Chen’s visit is an extension for cooperation and activity to adhering to USTC school–running principle of pursuing the national interest and innovative pioneering.
