Prof. Chen Jin has been invited to sit on the Editorial Board of Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences. His role is Associate Editor, with the tenure as three years. The invitation was in recognition of his contribution to study on tropical ecology and regional biodiversity conservation.

   Proceedings B is the Royal Society's flagship biological research journal, dedicated to the rapid publication and broad dissemination of high-quality research papers, reviews and comment and reply papers. The scope of the journal is diverse and is especially strong in organismal biology. Currently, it is particularly strong in ecology in the widest sense, and behavioural and evolutionary biology.
