A delegation ofthe Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) visited XTBG on May 18, in the company of officials from the State Forestry Administration of China. XTBG Assistant Director Yin Shouhua offered warm reception.
The visiting guests showed much interest in XTBG’s efforts in protecting biodiversity, especially ex situ conservation of rare and endangered plant species. While looking around the living collections, the CITES officials were deeply attracted by the beautiful landscapes of the Garden.
