As the week-long National Day holiday draws near, XTBG is preparing for a flower show to greet the 61st  anniversary of China. A total of 30,000 pots of flowers are set out for the flower show. During the “Golden Week” from October 1-7, the Flower Garden within XTBG will turn into a magnificent flower park.

Visitors may start the sightseeing with the flower show, which features an explosion of color highlighting yellow. The 30,000 pots of flowers will be designed and arrranged into an image of “gold peacock”, with blooming yellow flowers playing a major role. The “gold peacock” will be ornamented with other colorful flowers as well.

All flowers to be showcased during the holiday feature brilliant colors and long lifetimes that will last many days.

In Xishuangbanna, the image of a peacock signifies good luck.

Just come and enjoy the flower show. The beautiful landscape of XTBG will feast your eyes and make you refreshed.
