The master plan of XTBG has passed the scrutiny of a panel of 15 experts. The meeting was co-organized by the CAS Bureau of Life Sciences & Biotechnology and Bureau of Capital Construction on March 19^th in Beijing and chaired by CAS vice president Chen Zhu. Prof. Chen Jin, director of XTBG, was present.

  The panel listened to the detailed introduction of the plan by Prof. Sun Xiaoxiang, the chief designer, and Dr. Chen Jin’s briefing on XTBG development planning, and reviewed relevant documentation of the master plan. After serious discussion, the experts all approved of the plan.
