The tropical rainforest is the most complex and diverse biome on earth. It contains more plant life and animal life than anywhere else on the planet. Scientists estimate that more than half of all the world’s plant and animal species live in tropical rain forests.

To help people have a better understanding on the life, especially animals, in tropical rainforest, XTBG launched on April 30 a photographic exhibition which captures insects, spiders, and amphibians, etc. in rainforest.

Time: From April 30 to September 30

Venue: Tropical Rainforest Ethnic Culture Museum of XTBG

All photos are taken by a local  photography artist named XUE Yun in Xishuangbanna.

Come and understand plants and animals in Xishuangbanna tropical rainforest!
