The Department of Program Management and Foreign Affairs is a functional division in charge of the planning and management of research projects, international cooperation and exchange, research achievement transfer and promotion of research outcomes, collaboration with the locality, etc. It is also responsible for executing national and CAS laws and policies in terms of research and technological contract etc.  

Major Responsibilities: 

1.Management of research programs. 

2.Domestic and international cooperation. 

3.Transfer and promotion of research outcomes. 

4. Instruments planning. 

5.Assisting in management of academic organizations.
