
It is with great pleasure and honor to invite you to participate in the upcoming "Global Conservation Symposium for Dipterocarps 2025" scheduled to take place from 26th to 30th November 2025 at the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in the Xishuangbanna prefecture, Yunnan, China.
The event will be organized by XTBG, with the cooperation and support of Global Conservation Consortium for Dipterocarps(GCCD) and Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI).
This conference will bring together Southeast Asian Dipterocarps experts to share recent progress, mutually identify priorities, and develop initial plans for regional action. This symposium will serve as an initial step towards creating an effective consortium that promotes conservation action, knowledge and expertise sharing, and capacity building at local and regional scales.

■ Dinner on 26th November, lunch and dinner on 27th -29th November, 2025;
■ Airport transfer services between XTBG and Gasa International Airport (26th,29th and 30th November, 2025);
■ Transportation within XTBG and field trip to Mengla during the symposium.
