MAJOR RESEARCH GOALS

My major research is focused on the mechanisms controlling water and soil processes in relation to environmental variables in tropical and subtropical forest. This includes investigating the manipulation and management of water and soil processes for the degraded lands. I am also interested in the research on water-use patterns of plants in tropical or subtropical forest.
