Community Ecology, Forest Ecology, Biodiversity and conservation science.

Major research interests include 1) the mechanisms of species coexistence and biodiversity maintain, and the response to climate change; 2) the response of forest community (structure, dynamic and function) to seasonal drought; 3) The patterns, mechanisms and dynamics of conspecific negative density dependence, 4) Elevational tree species diversity pattern across climatic zones and the main drivers.
