Prof. Liu Wenjie wins Wang Kuancheng Award for Outstanding Achievements to Western Scholars

Prof. Liu Wenjie of XTBG has been recently granted the “CAS Wang Kuancheng Award for Outstanding Achievements to Western Scholars” .He is one of the 20 young scientists who won the honor in 2010.  

Prof. Dr. Liu Wenjie focuses his research on ecology, meteorology, and forest hydrology. He has published many academic papers in such international peer-reviewed journals as Agricultural and Forest Meteorology, and Nordic Hydrology, etc.

CAS Wang Kuancheng Award for Outstanding Achievements to Western Scholars was established by CAS to honor outstanding western scholars in innovation in basic and applied science fields to encourage them to devote themselves to local economy growth.
